The Bailey’s Partners Jason O’Brien, Katie Connolly, Donal Crosbie (Trinity Place 115 Broadway; Dublin6 575 Hudson Street) and Paul Moore worked closely with renowned Irish designer Brian McDonald to create an ambience in which customers can savour fresh ingredients seasonally incorporated into the menu, enjoy craft beers and signature cocktails and browse through an eclectic wine list.
